Adoption Requirments / ልጅ ለመውሰድ ማሟላት ያለባቹ መስፈርቶች

• የአሳዳጊው ዕድሜ ከ 30-50 (Guardian's age between 30-50)
• ከወንጀል ነፃ መሆኑ መረጃ ማቅረብ (Provide a certificate of no criminal record)
• ሙሉ የጤና ምርመራ አድርጎ ሲቀርብ (When a full health examination is presented)
• የወር ገቢ በቂ መሆኑ ሲታመን እና ሲቀርብ (When monthly income is confirmed and presented as sufficient)
• የቀበሌ ድጋፍ ደብዳቤ (Kebele (local administrative unit) support letter)
• ቢቻል ቋሚ መተዳደሪያ ያለው ቢሆን (Preferably, if they have a stable livelihood)
• የጋብቻ ምስክር ወረቀት (Marriage certificate)
• መኖሪያቤት የግል (Private residence)
• የሌሎች ቤተሰብ ፈቃደኝነት (Willingness of other family members)
• ከቤተዘመድ ወይም ከጎረቤት የ3 ሰዎች ምስክርነት (Testimony/witness from 3 people (from relatives or neighbors))
• የእምነት አባቶች ምስክርነት (Testimony/witness from religious leaders)
• በፍርድ ቤት የልጁን ህጋዊነት ለማረጋገጥ የሚፈልግ ሲሆን (If seeking to legalize the child through court)
• ከተለያዩ ሱሶች ነፃ መሆኑ ሲታወቅ (When it is known that they are free from various addictions)
